What do you think is best, being on hardcore nutrition plan where you lose weight quickly but maybe gain it back just as fast?
or being on a nutrition plan that supports your lifestyle?
Today I want to talk to you about how to stop dieting and start focusing on eating to where it supports your lifestyle.
So, maybe you're someone who likes to go out every single weekend, or you have a strong social network, and there's things happening every weekend. There are ways that you can eat and have all of that fun, and still get the results that you're looking for.
You just need to make sure that you are adjusting what you are eating, adjusting what you are drinking, and just make it fit into your lifestyle, rather than being on a hardcore diet where there is no drinking involved, no cheat meals involved, no sugar, no carbs.
Of course you're going to lose weight, but you can easily gain it back if you don't keep eating like that, so why not start eating in a way that supports your lifestyle?
So, make sure that you make it fit. Make sure that you are drinking clear alcohol versus any high-caloric drink. Make sure that you are still eating good things throughout that day, but maybe at nighttime you want that burger, you want that pizza. Go ahead. Just make sure that it fits correctly, and then just jump right back into it Sunday or Monday with your regular routine.
Stop dieting, and start eating in a way that supports your lifestyle.
